IRS Payment Cut In Half to $12K

A client, owing a large balance to the IRS, was deemed by the IRS to be able to fully pay his liability. After some negotiations by our firm, the IRS offered a minimum monthly installment agreement of almost $27,000 with his financial condition to be re-visited in 1 year. Following more negotiations from our attorney, the monthly installment payment amount was fixed and finalized at $12,000 per month, with no review of financials for the term of the agreement. The client ended up with the best possible outcome for his situation which may have not been feasible without the help of a professional.
